The challenge
Stock in a pharmacy has a date on it, and that changes everything.
Medicines expire unnoticed and are found too late, at a loss.
When a batch is questioned, finding where it went takes hours.
Fast movers run out because nobody saw the level drop.
Spoiled or expired stock is thrown away without a record.
The fit
Built around batches and expiry dates.
Point of sale for pharmacies, retail and general stores.
Batch and expiry tracking, expiry alerts, oldest expiry issued first, and expired lots blocked.
Requisitions and purchase orders to suppliers, approved before they go out.
Sales, purchases and write-offs reach the books, with reports by branch.
How it runs
Each batch is tracked from the day it arrives.
Record the batch number and expiry date as goods arrive. Too little shelf life is refused.
Stock is issued oldest expiry first, unless you pick a batch.
Items inside the expiry window are flagged before they expire.
Expired or spoiled stock is written off with a reason and approval.
Integrations
Fewer calls, faster payments.
Record cash, mobile money and card payments and reconcile them with the bank.
Send invoices and receipts to clinics and account customers by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Sales fiscalised with URA EFRIS, with the FDN and QR code on every receipt.
Connect other systems you already use to the same stock.
